Mental Health

One in four people will experience a mental health issue this year. Access to support is vital to supporting people through tough times.

If you're an IET member and you or a dependant need support, get in touch to find out more.

Talking therapy can help anyone going through a difficult time or having emotional difficulties that they can't sort out on their own.  It can help in all sorts of situations including depression, anxiety, bereavement, addiction and life changes such as redundancy, bereavement and coming to terms with an illness.

If you're an IET member and you or a dependant would like counselling, we may be able to help with funding. Please get in touch for more information.

Carer support

If you feel you need a little help or you would just like to talk, please get in touch. We will talk through your circumstances with you and, together, we can work out how we can support you or signpost you to other more specialised support where appropriate.
